iQOO 11 5G has launched in India and now that we know the price and features of the phone, here’s our detailed unboxing and first impressions of the device.
The iQOO 11 5G was launched in India on Tuesday and the new device is the first to ship in the country with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. iQOO has built a reputation for its powerful devices like the iQOO 9T that came out last year. iQOO 11 5G is part of the lineup that debuted in China a few months ago. iQOO 11 5G also features a high-definition AMOLED display, supports fast charging and comes with up to 16 GB of RAM.
iQOO 11 5G price in India
The iQOO 11 5G will have a starting price of Rs 59,999 for the base variant of 8GB + 256GB and the 16GB RAM model will cost Rs 64,999. You could say that iQOO 11 5G is the successor to the iQOO 9T, but at these prices you are talking about a flagship device. Here’s our detailed unboxing and first impressions video on the iQOO 11 5G.
iQOO 11 5G First impressions
iQOO 11 5G comes in two color options for buyers in India. You have a 6.78-inch 2K AMOLED display that gets a 144Hz refresh rate screen. The back panel of the iQOO 11 5G is made of a textured glass finish that makes the device premium and matches the quality on the front. iQOO 11 5G weighs about 200 grams, but you don’t feel the weight due to the fine balance in the design.
This device is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with up to 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, which has given iQOO the confidence to call it the fastest smartphone in the world. The cameras are equally capable, with you having a 50-megapixel primary OIS sensor with a 13-megapixel bat and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor.
Having the V2 chip has a good effect on the device’s night vision and gaming performance, as claimed by the company, and we’ll be putting that to the test in the coming weeks. iQOO 11 5G ships with Android 13 as standard and the company is offering three years of OS updates, meaning the phone will stay up to date until Android 16 comes out. You are also promised four years of security updates. iQOO has bundled the Indian model with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging as standard.
Stay tuned with us for a detailed review of the iQOO 11 5G in the coming weeks.
