The Postparty app is available for both iOS and Android users.
Epic Games’ new ‘Postparty’ app allows users to capture and share clips of Fortnite gameplay across PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
Video game developer Epic Games has launched a new mobile app called “Postparty”, which allows users to capture clips of Fortnite gameplay on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC.
The application is available for both iOS and Android users.
It then allows users to view and share the clips on social media, as well as save the clips to their mobile devices.
Users must log in to the Postparty app with their Epic Games account after downloading.
After that, users need to launch Fortnite on their gaming devices such as PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and more, and then hold down their platform’s record button/key to capture the last 30 seconds of gameplay.
Once captured, the clip will appear in their Postparty app library.
Select the clip and trim it to your desired length, with a minimum length of three seconds, then share it on the social media platform of your choice to show off your elim or other achievements, the company said.
Additionally, the company said that Postparty users will be able to capture their Fortnite gameplay in Battle Royale and Creator-Made Islands, but users will not be able to capture their gameplay in Save the World.
