Apple recently introduced new features in the iMessage app.
You can even send a personal message with invisible ink that stays faded until the recipient swipes to reveal it.
With the latest iOS 16 update, US-based technology giant Apple has recently introduced several interesting features and hidden tricks for iPhone users. One such feature is “invisible messages” in the iMessage app – a messaging app on Apple devices, which is packed with unique features.
In the iMessages app, you can animate a single message with a bubble effect or fill the entire message screen with a full-screen effect (e.g. balloons or confetti). You can even send a personal message with invisible ink that stays faded until the recipient swipes to reveal it.
How to send invisible messages on iMessage
– Open the iMessages app on your iPhone.
– Go to the chat where you want to send the invisible message.
– Then press and hold the up arrow button that appears once you start typing in the chat box.
– You must click on the gray dots next to the Send with Invisible Ink option so that you can preview the effect.
– After selecting the effects, tap the Send button to send the message.
Apart from this, you can also use different effects like Slam and Loud and preview the effects in case you want to make the messages more dramatic. Please note that you need an Apple ID to use iMessage.
You can send messages with full-screen effects, such as vibrant lasers, a moving spotlight, or bouncing bubbles, that play when your recipient receives your message.
Here’s how to send messages with full screen effects on iPhone
– Open the iMessages app on your iPhone. Go to the chat where you want to send the message.
– In a new or existing conversation, type a message or insert a photo or Memoji.
– Press and hold the Send button, then tap Screen.
– Swipe left to view different screen effects.
– Tap the Send button to send the message or the Cancel button to cancel the effect and return to your message
