The man has been arrested for attempted murder
In a serious violation of road safety rules in Mumbai, a man was caught on camera with seven underage children on his scooter. The shocking clip, uploaded by a Twitter user, shows a man riding his scooter with two kids in the front, three other kids sitting and two others in the back.
He wrote: “This irresponsible maniac rides a scooter with seven children. He should be arrested immediately for risking the lives of seven young children. Even the parents of these children should be prosecuted.”

In response to the viral clip, the Mumbai traffic police arrested the man in central Mumbai for attempted wrongful death and for endangering the lives of the children and others. He has been booked under section 308 (attempted wrongful death) of the Indian Penal Code.
They wrote, “Not the ride we support! This rider had endangered the lives of all pillion riders and others. A serious misdemeanor u/sec 308 IPC has been registered for attempted wrongful manslaughter, not amounting to murder, against the accused rider.”

The video has shocked internet users and demanded a severe punishment for endangering lives.
One user wrote: “He puts their whole life on the line. And those of others who are on the road with him at the same time. Persons on two-wheelers may fall if this vehicle becomes unbalanced and collides with it.”
Another commented: ”No helmet Complete mockery of law and order”.
