Coal India: The offer for sale for employees (OFS) will open from Wednesday, June 21 to Friday, June 23, 2023. The government will sell up to 92.44 lakh shares or 0.15 percent stake in Coal India to its employees at a price of Rs 226.10 per share.
Shriram Finances: After US-based private equity powerhouse TPG sold its stake in Shriram Finance, Piramal Enterprises plans to sell its entire 8.34 percent stake in the company through block deals on Wednesday, June 21.
she-wolf: The company’s CSR arm – Lupine Human Welfare and Research Foundation has signed an agreement with the Government of Maharashtra to address cardiovascular disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Palghar, Maharashtra.

HDFC: The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has cleared the proposed acquisition of an additional stake by Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) in HDFC ERGO General Insurance.
RVNL: RVNL has clarified in news reports that there is a crack in the joint venture between the company and TMH and says this is factually incorrect.
CALL: Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) has received orders worth Rs 5,900 crore so far in FY 2023-24.
