Express-service restaurant Pizza Hut announced on Wednesday, August 18 that it is partnering with FMCG Major Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) to add their best-selling Quality Wall’s desserts, including ice creams, to their own dinner and takeaway menu. With the partnership, Pizza Hut expects to increase its average order value by 10 percent for ice cream and dessert orders from Quality Wall, according to the statement.
Pizza Hut has also become the first-ever pizza fast-service restaurant chain to offer ice cream and desserts through its own and aggregator platforms. To serve its target audience, Pizza Hut is also launching several combos, including ice cream and desserts for solo, couple, and group consumption, including a special meal for kids.
