Online travel tech company EaseMyTrip said on Monday it would begin setting up offline stores in India on a franchise model, allowing “customers to have an in-store shopping experience.”
“With EaseMyTrip Franchise, the company is attracting a new set of offline customers that will help them expand their reach. Within its commercial scope, the target audience it aims to reach is the walk-in customers,” EaseMyTrip said in a registration application.
It added that EaseMyTrip franchise offers a best-in-commission structure for all transactions and bookings, a 24*7 dedicated support center for resolving queries and live training on products, operational break-even and profitable growth within 3- 4 months, regular marketing and credit support to scale the business, lead generation support to scale the business and more.
According to the statement, the pre-requisites for the EaseMyTrip franchise include “travel industry knowledge, sales, customer service, a good network of customer base and local contacts.”
